Call for Demos MWC Shanghai 2025

We’re inviting applications for immersive, experiential demos at MWC Shanghai 2025! This is your opportunity to showcase cutting-edge technology and deliver an engaging, interactive experience to attendees.

Space is available on the GSMA Pavilion, but please note that build costs will be the exhibitor’s responsibility. Apply early to secure your spot—spaces are limited!

We’re particularly looking for demos in 5G, IoT, Manufacturing, Fintech, Smart Mobility, Security, Post-Quantum, Identity, Non-Terrestrial Networks, and AI – but we welcome innovative mobile technology from all areas.

Key Information

Exhibition space: Provided within the GSMA Pavilion, SNIEC

Deadline for submissions: Friday, 25 April 2025

Eligibility: Proposed demos must be from a current GSMA Member, or consortium with at least one GSMA Member

Selection criteria:
Demos must provide an engaging, interactive experience for the MWC attendees. Demos that are solely screen-based will not be considered.

Applications for demo inclusion in the GSMA Pavilion are considered at GSMA’s discretion, and decisions made by the selection committee are final.

Demonstrating Party (or Parties) will enter into a contractual arrangement with GSMA and will be responsible for the build costs, and associated services (internet, electricity, etc.), that are required to produce the demo at MWC Shanghai 2025.

Space will be provided within the GSMA Pavilion at no cost and will be subject to the applicable MWC event Ts&Cs.
