Jimmy Ip is an audit partner in Deloitte Beijing office. He has more than 19 years financial statement audit and internal control audit experience. Mr. Ip has thorough understanding on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), PRC Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises, U.S. GAAP, U.S. and Hong Kong Listing Rules. Mr. Ip mainly provides professional services to clients in the TMT sector.
Mr. Ip currently serves one of the major telecom operators and a leading supply chain-based technology and service provider engaging in e-commerce business in China, and provides financial statement audit and internal control audit experience to both companies. In the meantime, he also provides statutory audit services and pre-IPO advisory services to other companies in the TMT sector.
