Ross Bateson is a Special Adviser to the spectrum team at the GSMA. He has been part of the GSMA’s development committees on policy and spectrum for many years, he has chaired the GSMA’s 5G ministerial task-group and represented the organisation and the mobile industry at the ITU and regional regulatory bodies.
