Speaker Bio
Xiaoyu Ye, a professor-level senior engineer. He is currently the vice president and Chief Security Officer (CSO) of China Unicom Research Institute, the chairman of GSMA Open Gateway China Working Group.
Mr. Ye has 30 years' working experience in telecommunication operation enterprises, and has been engaged in the planning, construction and operation of broadband Internet and mobile communication networks for a long time. He has deep insight into network technology and user needs, as well as rich practical experience in research results application.
During the career, Mr. Ye has won a series of provincial and ministerial level awards for his achievements, including the first prize for management innovation awarded by China Institute of Communications (CIC). In addition, he has also served as the vice chairman of communication-related associations for a long time, and been awarded the honor of 21st century outstanding talent of China Unicom.
