Mr. Jia Yan joined the Cloud Network Operation Department of China Telecom Group in 2022 and currently serves as the Deputy Managing Director. He is a Senior Engineer with a Master's degree in Business Administration. He has previously held positions as the General Manager of the Enterprise Informationization Department of Beijing Telecom and the General Manager of the Cloud Network Operation Department of Beijing Telecom. He possesses extensive experience in the field of network and IT technology.
