Lim Jiun Kei (JK), with over 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, began his journey as an engineer and later transitioned to the product and commercial side of the business. Currently, he serves as the Head of Operator Partnership team at Infobip for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, where his primary focus lies in assisting telcos with their digital transformation endeavors. JK's expertise spans various aspects of the telecom industry from monetization of A2P SMS to new and emerging products with the likes of RCS & OpenGateway.
