Born in June 1971, Mr. Chen Zhongyue has a Master’s Degree in Economics. Mr. Chen served as Deputy General Manager of China Telecom Zhejiang Branch, General Manager of Public Customers Department of China Telecom Group, General Manager of China Telecom Shanxi Branch, Vice President of China Telecom Group，President and Director of the Board of China United Network Communications Group Company Limited.
Mr. Chen is currently Chairman of China United Network Communications Group Company Limited ("Unicom Group").
